ISRAEL - Orckit Communications Ltd. (ORCTF - news) fell 1-1/4 to 19-3/4 after Josephthal and Co. analyst
Rob Goldman cut his rating for the shares to hold from buy. He cited an uncertain outlook for 1999 and
higher operating expenses for the downgrade.
