I do wish I had considered buying below 20 a little longer. Can't believe my timing the last two weeks. All I have to do to make the price go down is get a buy order filled. Grrr

I am checking into it, but I feel confident the Insider shares were sold last week to funds. My best guess on the shares sold late today is Koo selling his 100K shares. He sold 560K of NTAIF on Wed, but it wouldn't be enough to cover his margin.
Just a guess.

I don't think we'll be seeing any shares issued unless it's a stock split. The Insiders are adamant in keeping their holdings above 50%.

With Deswell we have just the opposite situation. They had the warrants that have now been called, they had outstanding stock options that have now been exercised. Unless there have been new options issued, there is no hidden dilution. It is 5.48M shares with the Insiders owning approximately 2.75M.

If they were to make a secondary, I am very sure they would tell stockholders why they were doing it, but their plan is to grow using cash generated from operations.

For what it's worth,
Ron
