Agreement should be signed sometime this month.The two companies have been working on this agreement with VSE regulators so it meets all applical rules and regulations.We all know when VSE regulators get involved there is a time wait involved. Once news comes out yes the stock will run up.The high liquidity in the tight trading range still indicates the stock is still under heavy accumulation.
