Gary, I'm not attacking your dd, but this is obviously a losers perspective. Even a company of CSCOs size doesn't walk away from a $140M business opportunity. When hasn't a customer "dragged their feet" when getting ready to spend this kind of money. As for GTE being in the state of confusion, my understanding is that they are one of the most progressive carriers out there, so living on the edge of technology may justify the confusion. By the way I'm long both CSCO and ASND although more ASND at the moment.
