GT closing on the high today, on an uptick, on better than average volume...what do ya know? Maybe the Palladium deal gave it a little kick in the pants?? :)
Like I keep saying, it's gotta break above 8, but unless the market sells down Monday, we should see some further upside to this, if only modestly so. It needs to close above 8 - 8 1/4 on at least average or better volume to break out of the cycling pattern of late. The momentum today was encouraging and to be expected as a result of the recent PRs, but I want to pull the intraday to see if there's any big blocks out there. I recall someone on the thread saying that he'd be buying 15,000 shares on margin one day soon... ;) So thanks!! If I see anything of interest, I'll just keep it to myself.

If we can retest and hold the secondary support around 7 3/8 - 7 1/2, and then make another attempt to take out overhead resistance at the low 8 level, the stock will establish an upward trend line and I would be optimistic that a push toward 9-10 would be attainable in the near future. A failed attempt to hold the mid 7 secondary support level on the retracement will simply cause the stock to cycle back toward the low 7's, and this pattern will be repeated until further PRs, earnings, etc. are announced to drive the stock into the higher range. Unless there is something negative looming, there is no reason to expect it to break below 7 at this time, IMO.
I think it's time that BOB submit his picture to GT for the virtual Duke contest. Do I hear any seconds to that motion?? <gggg> Look, I've tried, but I don't think GT was impressed with my pictures here on the thread, so why bother doing the leather routine if BOB will get the lead anyway?? LOL I think they are missing out bigtime in not taking advantage of the loyal shareholders here who are more than willing to help Ron and the gang take the company to new heights. I know I'm still willing to help out!! ;) Tee hee hee
