Hello all: I just do not understand why CVIA cannot at least release information about the acquisition. After all, if the company has already bought part of a private company, then we are ENTITLED to know the financial figures. The merger with WOTD, presumably, has not been announced due to legalities. However, that $500,000 was spent some where, so where was it spent? Why can't the company at least tell us this????
