Kelvin,

GM does have a substantial number of EDS shares. They did a secondary offerring of about 20 million shares this summer, in July I believe. Those were offered at 46 5/8 I think. From what I learned during the summer, the shares in the hourly pension plan cannot be sold directly but would be through secondary offerings. If EDS has confidence in its future growth I'd hope that they'd buy back some shares. This would perhaps be a vote of confidence from management.
