A little bit of relief for TSXX holders...

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Antec Corp. (ANTC) and TSX Corp. (TSXX), which announced after the close that they have reached a definitive merger pact, were practically the only movers in after-hours trading today.

Under the terms of the agreement, TSX Corp. holders would receive one Antec share for each TSX share.

Shares of Antec, which ended at 11 1/2, rose slightly to 11 3/4 after the close, while shares of TSX jumped to 10 1/2 from their finish at 8 1/2...
