It's obvious you have not worked for a company in the development stage. At certain stages in the development of a company which is growing changes have to be made in personnel to move it forward. Certain employees work well in very small companies and are at their capacity and when growth is required they fight it and eventually quit or are removed. Also, the influence of a major backer like Sterling wants results and assists management to put the right infrastructure in place. I believe that BCMD is doing this and will be a much bigger player in this market. Have patience with this one and I believe you will be many times richer in the next 2-3 years!
