Looking for some arlcf/arlwf info from some of you long timers. What price did Nortel pay per share? What is the outstanding/float on both the common and the warrants? And what are the terms of the warrants? Am I correct that Nortel did not buy shares of Arel Communications but rather in Arelnet-an ARLCF sub?
