The one thing that should be considered is that Mr. Koo still owns
a significant amount of company stock. If he sold some shares to the
company simply to make a quick profit, then he obviously lost a lot
more since the value of stock that he still owns has dropped 2 pts in
the last few days.

He must have needed the cash or at least feels that the stock price
will go up in the future.

We will see.
