Joe, when I spoke to Mr. Krause (after you posted your information) I came away thinking he was unable to reveal what was really going on. I felt all he was saying was that MPRS hadn't officially announced a reverse split yet. Official spokespeople often have the job of not revealing information... and I felt he was acting in that capacity. I also felt he was the sort of person who would tell someone who did not want a reverse split "We are reviewing all our options" and would tell someone who was calling just to find out "That is an option we are considering at this time because we all know a Small Cap listing would be bad for the share price." (Which is more or less what he told me.) Which brings me to your question... The Small Cap board is less prestigious. I believe that is the real reason it is being avoided. MPRS thinks it would look bad. The only practical reason I can think of to avoid it is that if the company should be lucky enough to get more credit, a small cap listing may generally (anyone please correct me if they know for sure) result in less favorable terms. The valuation issue of this company is tricky at this point. Short term it seems there is downward pressure on the stock. Medium term, the earnings report will come out the week before the reverse split, and news of Falcon and/or Ultimate Civ could affect the share price positively. If all we get this quarter is a reverse split it is not easy to imagine the company moving up dramatically. The long term is quite positive, I feel, if the games come out in good shape more or less on time. The question is, while we are waiting for that, will the negative news dominate? Snake
