To: Ozzi From: A.P. Farrow I called IR on Mar. 31 and asked when their annual report would be out. She said that they were at the mercy of their auditors and she didn't know when they would finish. She indicated as before that once the report is out the stock should perform. I told her that I was disappointed that they had issued more shares last fall (from 5.5M to 8.5M shares). She said that they needed additional funds to keep the company going. There is still time for one to get in before the report. I expect that the stock will start to advance then. After all, it was at 7 plus based on the concept alone.
