There really is no financial structure to the company. Due to all the red tape from the beginning pertaining to the STRART, it's really remarkable that they are still alive. One thing I will say for Bob Davis is that he is truly determined to make this project work. Like I said a few steps back, they have sold off a lot of stock to keep afloat. -Flier
