There cannot be more sales than buys. For every seller, there is a buyer. It is simply that either the sellers are willing to sell lower or buyers are unwilling to pay a higher price.

Besides the fact that over a dozen insiders are dumping stock as fast as they can. It will soon be evident to everyone that BreastAlert will not sell and the insiders want out now.
