Lou, I don't buy MJZ's insinuation that he has not sold any DCI shares. (G)
1. Note that during the period that he says he did not own or sell any DCI shares covered less than a month. We have been under this selling pressure since last November.

2. Note that he told us earlier in a note that has since been mysteriously removed from SI, that he did not own any shares at all during the first three weeks in Jan. Didn't he receive compensation in stock for services rendered and didn't the CC group as a whole get some shares up front? If so, then where did those shares go?

3. I posed this question to MJZ here on the BB in a response to MJZ's note and so far he has evaded this important question.

As to a possible takeover play for the company? Wow, that's a biggie. But it sure has puzzled me as to why someone in MJZ's position would come on a public BB and attack the CEO's policies..and the timing sure was odd to since I believe Joe Murphy was away from the office on vacation at that time?? I was BTW another person that recieved an email from MJZ attacking the managements policies, which I forwarded to DCI. Somehow I doubt that with the way Joe Murphy seems to cover his bases, that a takeover of DCI would be an easy task at all for anyone (count me out amigo! (G)), do you really think that MJZ would have had a chance of doing this?

This whole CC/MJZ mess is a real shame and it did not have to work out this way. No one has been helped by what has happened.(except for maybe the extra volume the MM's have seen the past several months) Just think of how much further down the road we all could have been if the selling had never happened and the company could have had $4-5 stock to work with? Fortunately it looks like Joe even had a contingency plan to avoid dilution via M/A's even with a low stock price and that this plan is already starting to come together for us.
If MJZ is at all sincere that he wants to see DCI thrive, then I think that he needs to realize that his attempts to "help" us have ended up hurting a lot of people and that he needs to step down. A very good start would be to finally come clean with us for the record on how many shares total from the CC group have been sold and whether DCI shareholders need to be expecting anymore of this. This big question about who has been selling since last Nov. has probably hurt investor confidence in this stock more than any other issue IMO and I think that as shareholders we are entitled to have the facts concerning this issue so that it can finally be put to bed. I feel sure that these facts will end up coming out one way or the other since DCI has always done a great job of providing shareholders with information and facts. I would think it in MJZ's best interests to present this information to us first. Placing blame here is not the issue IMO, just getting the facts and moving on.
