I agree. Also my recollection is that Paul thought from talking to Marks the price would be higher than it appears to be. If I am right maybe others also were pleased to see such a price. One observation. There always seems to be another charge around the corner. Retained earnings are barely above zero, which I do not find a turn on. But Wall Street loves companies that always find a writeoff to improve future prospects.
