You make a lot of statements that you seem to claim to be true, but most of your statements are really only questions. If you were sincere you would tell us the answers to the questions. Or, are you just blowing smoke Mr. Miller?
Come on now, tell us what you supposedly already know. If you don't follow up with real answers, we'll just consider you another disgruntle employee, or a competitor with a grudge against Jim or the board.
So either put up or shut up as we don't have the time to waste nor a reason "YET" to believe anything you say.
Post 2348 on Yahoo by erg_1954 as much as accuses Jim of being a crook and committing fraud. That's pretty serious stuff and you can be held accountable for verifying that erg "knows what he is talking about" as you have stated. I've already reported the two of you to the SEC.
So again I say, put up or shut up. We want facts, answers to the questions you have raised. I for one will not believe any of this without answers and confirmation. And don't tell me to go ask Jim for the answers. That's nothing but a cop-out and you and I both know it.
If you continue to blatantly scare the stockholders by making statements without any real evidence, you then become an enemy to every stockholder on this board by trying to reduce shareholder value. If what you say is true (I don't believe for a minute it is) then give us the answers and evidence so we may analyze the facts.
Be a real man or woman, whichever you are, and come clean, reveal the facts and identify yourself. If you want this to be private, just send me an email to krw@mindless.com
If I don't hear back from you with the answers, then I'll assume I am right about your identification and motive.
