WOW, What a week... Buckle up, April will be a constant roller coaster ride if you are a DGIV share holder. Remember, investing is rife with day traders, market makers, deep pockets, hypesters, scams, and us (the dreamers) and a stock with this much potential brings them all out (lions and tigers and bears, oh my). If you have purchased a E-ticket for this ride your money was well spent.

BG thanks for the wonderful narrations...

I averaged up, I averaged down, I held my breath, I whooped, I think I wet my pants, I even paid $5.25 and $3.90 for a 1K blocks (knee jerk reactions on thursday, I have much more at .49 1.1875, and 2.00 so was not devastating and was still a bargain IMHO)

Things to remember:

1) Company is strong enough to apply and get NASDAQ listing.

2) OTC Stocks trade trade at 5-6 times value at the most.

3) Current NASDAQ valuations are 25-35 times value

4) Internet companies in the last several years have traded at a MUCH higher valuation of 35-100 (eeeek)

5) The FCC Tax that everyone has focused on IS bunk. This is something that has been ongoing for several years and cannot happen until it is a LARGE thriving industry (multi-billions and many players). Any action in this direction needs a technological infrastructure that can provide metrics which is a moving target, trust me. Yes, I believe that someday VIOP may be taxed, however we will have made SO much money... Additionally, if you have not noticed the government is giving the internet free reign. They want it to be as common as the microwave and VCR in our lives. THEN they will tax it.

6) Mr. Chin must keep the news coming and maintain the avg. $4.00 value. I have not met the man, but if you observe his tactics, it most likely will happen.

7) Attention, Attention, and more Attention. Large players are looking at this stock, and their deep pockets can fill up our little ones and them some
