The reality of a loss still has not set in for the Iomega faithful. The current stock price and action I believe to be a quite orderly exodus of the institutions. This with a careful balance as to not let the share price nosedive until they are all out. After this action however, IOM should start on its merry way down to $4.80. When the Earnings numbers are figured into the PE, only then will the reality of a $6 IOM stock price with a PE over 20 set in. IOM share price will NOT be afforded a PE over 20, that is for certain.

IOM's PE has been on a decline for 2 years now. What is to prevent it from falling further?

Nothing.
