For the record, I have ZERO interest in taking over DCI. All I am looking for is truth and fairness to all shareholders. The current management of DCI KNOWS EXACTLY HOW TO DEFUSE THIS CURRENT SITUATION.

Your question number 2 may have hit on one of the core issues at this time.
Who is selling shares is not the key issue, WHY ARE SHAREHOLDERS selling shares... Thats the question ?? When a shareholder is either unhappy with whats going on, or has little or NO FAITH in the management, then he/she wants to get what he / she can and be gone !
TRUST ME.,.,,,. ITS THATS PLAIN AND SIMPLE.!
And lastly, I do not hide anything from you, I for one have been the most open SI Poster. It is the collection of MOONIES that has dreaded any real information from being published, and as long as that scenario continues, problems will persist.
