News cannot be released until available. Amalgamated is continuing to seek
oil prospects with huge potential. Lease acquisitions are best kept secret
until all leases in the area are acquired by Amalgamated.

News on the wells being drilled by Amalgamated is restricted by the Operator
Barrett Resources, as "tight hole". Amalgamated respects this partnership
and will release information as available.

If you are following our projects, you are aware of the time necessary to
accomplish our goals. Nobody is as anxious as those of us who started the
company.

As you can see by the recent stock price fluctuation, Amalgamated does not
control the share price. The share price is set buy the seller, at the
price the seller will sell shares.

The price is at a low even after Amalgamated/MSP Technologies has production
for the first time and recently PREDICTED the correct pay zone depths and
high pressure at 18,000 feet in the well. We are very impressed with MSP and
the Electrotelluric technology. (See Feb press release.)

This maybe a good time to acquire shares. Or if you paid a higher price for
your shares, you can "dollar cost average" with the purchase of additional
shares. This brings your cost of each share to the average price paid, which
is lower than higher price per share paid.

Not many people know of Amalgamated and the technology. The people that do,
are watching the company carefully. Nobody is contesting the abilities of
the technology. We can use the publicity if and when they do. I wonder what
our share price would be today if thousands of people had knowledge of our
abilities and potential?

Amalgamated is very excited to have the "rights" to this technology. The
value of the information received is very exciting. We can test a prospect
for hydrocarbon content before expensive seismic, lease, and drilling
costs! This knowledge allows Amalgamated to be very competitive.

Stay tuned and thank you for your questions,

jon
