Call them directly. They will give a laundry list of what-to-do.
For example, try FAT, reduce paging file, defrag disk, rebuild
index, etc. I've several NT machines, never crush on me.
However, this QP program always gives me GPFs. I finally
end up a dedicated FAT partition for QP programs and databases. Every weekend copy all files to another partition, delete all the files, and copy them back. (to get an absolute fragmentation-free partition). All the QP programs live happily after.
