All I know is I've been trying to buy @ 1/32
and trying to sell @ 1/16 for the past two days
and been completely shut out by the MM's..how is
anybody else doing??????

I think we need to call the company and get a copy
of the indenture document for the preferred issue/issues
that is the cause of all the problems..has anyone seen it
or know it ???? The company must have the option to buy
back the preferred subject to the preferred holders right
of conversion; so why not force the conversion and get
it over with?? JMHO
