MJZ, I have always felt that your motive for the recent posts has been nothing more than a result of some form of frustration. Can you confirm my theory here: You and Joe Murphy did not see eye to eye on some of the current devices Joe was using to keep the share price at a reasonable level(for M & A purposes). You guys had it out and Joe let you go. You feel you are owed compensation(shares or otherwise) for some of your efforts. Joe has severed all communication with you as you try to resolve this with him. I believe Joe realizes you may resort to the board here and fires warning shots with the legal action notes directed towards the annonomous posters of Helga Franz.... You resort to the board and emails to shareholders to make your point. Your definition of all is not well is that you feel Joe is untrustworthy because you feel short changed. I am sure there is much more than this going on as you keep harping on shareholders being deceived. Can you elaborate further? Can you confirm or deny any or all of the points in my theory? Thanks in advance.
