MJZ, In taking my theory one step further, maybe you brought M & A to DCTC that were to become part of the $100 million we seek and because of your differences with Mr. Murphy he has opted to pursue M & A not brought by you. As ludicrous as that sounds, you would get no compensation for your efforts. Is this close to the mark? Your posts are not specific at ALL and force us to guess which I know is part of your Ace against DCTC to get them to finally address whatever is bothering you. As to the $3.20 shares you alluded, I am not clear where those options came from. I will have to check my notes but don't the CCHI holders have options to purchase DCTC for .20? Where did the $3 come from? I believe there are also $4 options but not as many. Please at least elaborate on those statements of yours as those must surely be based on verifiable facts. I understand elaboration on your situation with Joe may get you into further legal trouble but please come forward with these numbers you are quoting. Thanks again for your time!
