Does NTAIF need to disclose this in the press release or
do they have some time to disclose shares bought back?

I have a feeling that it was a MM, and that we will see $13-14
as they try to unload on the market.

I also see this as a short-term negative for DSWLF--some DSWLF
investors may move into NTAIF seeing the value.
