So what's up with Java? You like Intel and Java from what I recall of your posts. It seems like Java is treading water. NCs aren't selling. I don't understand why embedded device programmers would use it considering the real-time nature of most of the devices in this area. Java on the server? Shoot, I don't know. Microsoft is making Java Windows specific. :-(

Is it's suitability to distributed computing models what is so great? What's the future of Java? Why do you like Intel AND Java? They don't need eachother. The future of the language doesn't seem as bright as it was awhile ago.
