This could explain why the stock price didn't move as strong as a lot of the readers on this thread thought it would. Any idea if there's a big short player out there that's picking on PARS? The guy can't be too bright if there is one. Has anyone finished combing through the 10-k well enough to do an educated earnings estimate for eoy 98? I'm still mulling through it but have been doing a lot of research on Telscape (TSCP). {off subject} Small cap with real good potential telecommunications in Mexico, South & Central America and some in the old eastern block countries.
