That's what I am afraid of. However, I do think that it is a temporary situation, most likely done to shake out the small guys like me - unless the co starts to issue more shares to repeat the cycle of dilution all over again. Of course, it may not have a choice, since it may be obligated to issue more shares if and when the convertible holders [if there are still some left] choose to convert.
