What do you mean you don't see any signs of dilution. Check out this thread. Or just follow this link Message 3273801 Then visit the www.casmyn.com and click on stock information. I think what you'll find is that in late Jan. there was 13.7 mil SO and as 3/31/98 there was 110 mil So and their still neg., so there is obviously plenty left to convert. And since the preffereds can't hold more than 10% equity each they have to sell some. But as a group they could easily already own roughly 90% IMHO. In any case I took my AW and got out. I just can't see this doing any good for a long time. And as we all know they got us boxed in to where we can't trade at this price. Don't mean to be trashing the stock, just facing reality. Roy
