It appears that TSIS has no intention of releasing financials until they actual show a profit. Therefore, IMO, financials will not be released to the wire until then. In the meantime, the current financials showing another quarter of loss is only distributed to shareholders who request a copy. IMO, this company will not be fully reporting until another three months. And therefore, this company might not take off until then.
