Don, shareholders and employees.....

There are some legitimate reasons for not saying what I am about to say. However, with my investment valued at 7 cents, I don't give a rat's ass anymore.

One of the problems we have been experiencing as shareholders is that while the current head honchos of IMES/IPIQ are ruining our investment, we also understand that employees are beholden to whomever writes the paychecks. That puts shareholders in the unenviable position of hoping that a new leadership will take over the reins of our company while also weighing the threat that employees, through understandable loyalty, will not stick around if the leadership of the company changes hands. I don't know the probability of a mass exodus of employees after a potential leadership change. Only employees can answer that question and they are understandably absent from this discussion. I do know that all over this great country of ours there exist companies that CAPABLY BALANCE THE INTERESTS OF ALL STAKEHOLDERS. There is no good reason why one group of stakeholders should lose while another wins. The simple fact that the "leadership" of this company cannot balance the concerns of all stakeholders demands a change in that leadership.

As a group, the members of this thread have supported the employees of this company both with our words and with our investment dollars. There have been times when we investors have not had a clear understanding of employee concerns because we have had no communication with them. Here is what I want to communicate to the employees of this company. We all want to see this company succeed. There should be a linkage between the success of employees, investors and officers of this company. That linkage has been broken by the actions of the officers and board members of IMES. Not to sound too much like "Norma Rae", I urge employees to join with investors to create a direction for this company that will reward us all. In my opinion, this direction necessitates the complete purging of all officers and board members of IMES and the installation of real leaders at the helm of this company. Then, and only then, will we be able to work together to achieve success.

That's what I want to say to employees. Employees and other shareholders, what do you have to say?
