Here is something interesting. I understand that Japan just started
its 'Big-Bang' where individuals are now allowed to invest oversea
legally starting april 1. The pool of money held is estimated to
be something like 12 trillion dollars. I thought about what you said
and my knowledge about the japanese.

I wonder what would happen if the japanese people decided to
re-allocate that money for better use. Comment??
