Big Horn was, already pointed out, spun off from Bonus Resourcs. Walter Dawson of Bonus sits on the Board of Big Horn, both companies share the same office. 40% of the stock is held by insiders My theory is that Big Horn mangaement will take the same paths as Bonus did: established profitability on the VSE, then list on the TSE, and annonce financing arragement shortly thereafter. The good management of BGH will then used that financing to grow. PS I did phone the company and they did send me some material. The materials included a simple research report from Clive Stockdale(dont know if that is an individual or a firm) Do you know if any brokerage house has begun to cover Big Horn
