Letter dated 22 Oct 96 from new CEO Frank Sgaraglino to R.M.J & Assoc. terminating their agreement as PR effective immediately due to poor performance. First Newsletter for Triden published. Spinoff of Angel is now 100% effective date of original notice. Mgmt. signed letter of intent to sell Blalock Computers to Advanced Technical Solutions, this will also create a strategic alliance with ATS. Other acquisitions are progressing, Communitronics has given show of confidence to Triden as part of their deal involves stock exchange and has signed letter of confirmation to set the exchange price at a MINIMUM of $.75. Signed a consulting agreement with International Telesource Group, they are looking into South Amer. and are in the process of creating alliances with Motorola, Glenayre and Skydata. TRIT is looking into offshore regions such as Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands and the former USSR, these are carry over projects of Franks, good man to have on board sounds like to me. Frank is new CEO effective 1 Nov 96, Mr. Hardy, former CEO will remain as Chairman of Board and in charge of mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hardy and Frank are both buying TRIT stock in light of the recent downturn in price to as they said "put their money where their mouth is" Thats all for now Best to all Brad
