I was able to talk to Mr.Chin, last night for a few minutes and as usual, his plans for building a world-wide IP TELEPHONY, company
remain intact. Moreover, he reiterated that April, will be a fantastic
month for all DGIV, share holders. I'll excerpt a portion from one of the press releases to give a clue as to what we might expect over the next week or three which, is already public (so no SEC problems should arise) Here is the big clue:
OTC:DGIV) has secured an agreement, proceeds will be used by Digitcom to build out its Internet phone and switched international long distance telephone network infrastructure and to act upon merger and acquisition opportunities.
