Milk, apart from earnings announcements after the bell, which can cause a couple of hours of heavy trading on a stock.

For the most part you can count on some activity on many high volume stocks for about a half hour before and after the open and close. Often the post market trading is light and not really worth trying to participate in, but there can be opportunity there too.

good luck with your trading!
