QCOM did break thru its brl but the RS is still very weak.
Wouldn't trust this one in a market decline.
Right now it would be a buy for traders but only on a big pullback
to 50/51.

SUN: I don't see a swan dive. Are you sure SUN I looked at SUNW
too, doesn't look like either moved on the charts.
Do I have the symbol right?
