As soon as I get my money moved to my new broker... I will be buying more myself. Can you explain to me what 'diluted' or why is there a diluted eps basis?

I will re-read the 10-k this weekend, regarding the Preferred shares and conversion thereof. The gentleman who has most of the preferred is the same man who has 89% of the common. He originally bought the company, and has provided financing since, I doubt there is much to fear from him as far as hurting ths stock or company.
