I'd guess no trades because people guessed (correctly) that financials wouldn't happen. I double-checked, and Edgar does report filings immediately after they're filed. The 5 FreeEdgar emails I checked in my archives all came on the same day as the actual filings. As far as I can see, the company's assertion that they'd be filed yesterday and be visible in 7 days was quite wrong. I can't, for the life of me, figure out where they came up with that 7 day notion. Wonder if "peanut" would care to shed some light on the situation now, or tell us why we're so unreasonable expecting things to actually happen the 12th or so time the company tells us it will happen. After all, what do the likes of us know? We're only shareholders in this and many other companies. Surely we don't know squat about how the stockmarket works or how public companies should conduct themselves.
