Forget the charts on this one, there is no bottom. However, consider that STII now sells for 24X last year's earnings. THis would value the company a little richly if it was only for their existing businesses and revenue stream...the valuation discounts any sort of deal, JV, contract, etc..for the forseeable future. Mgt expects announcements in the 4th quarter (end of April)..until then who knows why this is happening... If Kopp was selling he would be doing so pretty stupidly...and the man is not known for being stupid..
