"Emile is way wrong when he says that to respect another religion is to disrespect Jesus."

Mark,

I find you generally accurate in your quotes, but you have misquoted me this time.
What Emile really said is that a Christian cannot respect another religion that denounces Jesus as an impostor and a liar.

Modern Judaism teaches that Jesus was an impostor and not the Son of God. No real Christian can respect such a religion.

Islam teaches that Jesus was not the Son of God who died for the sins of mankind. No real christian can respect such a religion.

To show respect for Islam or modern Judaism would be to show disrespect for Christ.
