I hope that you are not referring to the efforts of Thos and co. as being unprofessional. Nothing could be further from the truth. It's your choice whether or not to send in any money for legal defense. Nobody would argue with that. But if it were not for the efforts being expended on all of our behalves by the people behind the scenes, you would have no voice at all in the proceedings in bankruptcy court.

It is my understanding that the events in court on 4/1 were fairly straightforward. IPIQ presented an interim financing package that was accepted by the judge. Because these "unprofessional" representatives have worked tirelessly on our behalves, we were represented at that court date by an attorney. You have to understand that this is a grass roots effort by individual shareholders to thwart a dirty takeover of this company. If you have only called once, haven't contributed to legal efforts or haven't found some other way to contribute, where do you get the right to criticize? As far as "collecting" money, that has never been done to my knowledge. Facts were laid out that allowed us to make a decision about making a contribution to legal defense. Nothing more.

If your post was done out of frustration, I understand. But please help us win this. Postings like that simply serve to undermine the efforts being made on behalf of all of us. Call Tom or Val and get the facts. We would be glad to hear the results.
