Brad-- I only have a very small position in GLOW at the moment so I have not been keeping up with it with all the excitement from a few other stocks..but I just read the press release.

I dont understand how anyone is viewing this as "positive". Maybe I read it wrong. Basically they are saying there is a good chance they won't aquire Wolf Key & ECS after all. And those are the 2 companies I thought we were all excited about .. which were going to bring home the bacon in 1998 .. especially ECS.

Im trying to look at this in a positive spin, and with my small holding... at this point it really does not affect me too much..BUT... so what if they dont authorize those 13M shares? I understand the O/S shares gets reduced and EPS goes up.. but what earnings are there now?? (and more importantly where is the revenue going to be coming from in 98 ??) Do we have a clue?

Would you rather have a company with (xxxx) shares and has very little business OR a company with (xxxx + 13Million) shares and making lots more money?

I dont know what Gary's plans are, and what other things he is eyeing but for what we know of the company right now.. how is this good? Now we are stuck with overseas gaming which is an iffy proposition at best.. and what else?

COnfused at the the 'happiness' over the press release,
Mark

P.S. You guys might want to look over GBIT this weekend, it looks like it is pulling an early DGIV.
