Dear slow Bill.

Regarding saponification I bow to your wisdom. But in legal oni
I think one should give a listen to me. Barrick MAY be off the hook
unless they had probable knowledge of a CRIME. BUT IN CIVIL LAW, they may be a tad more responsible. If they withheld material doubts about
the reliability of the assays they become in cahoots with a fraud. If they did not know they were a fraud it's one thing, if they knew THEY or strongly suspected, they BECOME PARTY TO THE SUIT. Again confidentiality with a fraudster is no protection.

But Normet is NOT off the hook because they made PUBLIC statements to
the investment community about the gold's physical metallurgy and origin that were massively incompetent, negligent and possibly fraudulent. Similarly BY LAW it matters not what an engineering firm is hired for in CANADA, FOR CANADIAN exchanges, their RESPONSIBILITY is to ascertain that they are ASSURED of the reliability of their INFORMATION. They cannot do DUMB stuff: "OH SURE WE HAVEN'T GOT A CLUE IF THESE ARE PHONEY ASSAYS, BUT THEY DAMN SURE GOTS LOTS OF GOLD", CANNOT GO ON THEIR DISCLAIMER. IT'S THE LAW.

BTW I am looking for a de-emulsifier that would be biodegradable to expel water from a natural oil. Any ideas? Some oils get clumped by water. I think the user should get a water absorber in his system, but I am not sure if that would work with oil.
