Not to the point, however: what's this got to do with IOMG's filings for the move to the NYSE? Nothing. Nothing to do with Malaysia, either, God help us. Just another figment of Bull's excessively active imagination.

And anyhow--if they wanted to float shares in Malaysia, why would they be indicating their intention to do so to the SEC along with their intention to convey their outstanding shares to the Big Board? I don't know what the rules are if you want to list on a foreign exchange, but I should think that if there are SEC forms to be filed, they'd be specific to the matter, no?
