I questioned our staff and CFO regarding DT's claim: "I have spoken to your Chief Financial Officer, and several key employees. They have led me to believe that you will require new financing very soon." As I said, I thought it would be totally out of character for any one of them to make those statements to anybody, let alone several of them making such statements to DT. Our CFO advised that he did not recall seeing DT at all for at least two months, others did not know who I was talking about, and all were amazed that he would make such claims. Our staff are highly skilled professionals in their respected disciplines and of the highest moral and ethical character. Other than our CFO and senior managers, none are privy to the financial plans of the company and all were quite puzzled at his claim. This is the last comment I will make regarding this matter. JBS
