Hi James,

I have tons of ?'s I'd like answered.......

1. MJZ talks about "his" shareholders paying up to 3.20
for their shares that they are now willing to dump.
Why did they pay an extra 3 and who got paid? It
wasn't DCTC. Could it have been that they paid MJZ
3 when they bot into CC and are now trying to recover
their losses incurred at his hands? Are they selling
because they no longer desire to be associated with
any company that MJZ is involved with. Too bad, they
should have stuck around.

2. Has MJZ cleared up his personal financial problems? If
I remember correctly, he was an undischarged bankrupt
according to Insolvency Service Records with a debt of
48000 pounds. This was as of our merger last year.
I'd know for sure if my dd was a little better.(G)

3. What was MJZ's cut on the SMTK deal? If it was the standard
5%, that would amount to 450,000. I wonder if he got any
stock or if it was all cash?

4. What would his commission have been if the WorldPass deal had
finalized? Could this be the source of his "concern for the
shareholders?" With most birddog fees, it has been my experience
that they get nada until it finalizes. LOI's and Definative
Agreements don't pay their bills.

5. The CardCall Canada sale. What would his take have been on that
at 5% of xx million? He wouldn't be too hostile if that didn't
happen, now would he? The shame of that deal is that I think
highly of his brother Charles.

These are just a few of the questions I have and I'm sure more will
be forthcoming later....
