Byron: In your post you refer to potential SEC problems that could arise. I continue to be confused re such issues. On one of my previous posts I asked you a specific question re your status as a potential registered insider. You claimed ignorance of SEC rules and never really answered the question. However, here you refer directly to the SEC. Please clarify for me what it is that you may have knowledge of, that would, and or the reason that you would, get into SEC problems. I am verrry lonnng in DGIV and appreciate your posts completely. However, this issue continues to confuse. Thank you, Rich
